If this is intended to be some kind of admonishment or rebuke towards your perception of how I am behaving towards this particular forum member, I'd invite you to perform a thorough search of posts by said forum member. That way you can have an accurate view of this member's continual and consistent rude, ignorant, oh hell, down right nasty attitude which is, at least 99%, of the time completely unprovoked on the part of others. After you have done this, and only after, will you have even an smidgen of an idea of what a 'bag of dicks' actually looks like.

well it sure as hell isn't a comment on the OP as I have yet to see Ludlow make any kind of a contributing comment to any thread he has posted on.

intended to be small talk and light hearted joking. Nothing more. I'm not in a position nor am inclined to admonish anyone. Have a good one.

The drought in Brazil was the worst in 50 years by 2014 measurements. I understand it may have bumped up into one of the worst ever. The drought in the US SW is officially their worst in recorded history. The drought in Australia may or may not be the worst in it's history but it's darn close. There is also pretty severe droughts right now across the middle east and north and east Africa along with Indonesia. Even much of Europe is experiencing drought.
My cousin just got back from a trip to Sacramento and there is a mid size city he mentioned near there that is completely out of water. It's a bad situation. Just way to much usage and I'm thinking the snow pack wasn't much this year. Just not enough to meet the demand anymore.

absolutely true statement and I salute you for it. Lord help us to see the light .

And I do apologize for not exhibiting your fine example of calling people morons,,,idiots and stupid. This level of maturity that you display is of the highest degree and I for one am ashamed I have not mastered these examples of harmonious interaction and productive dialogue. I fall way short of you and your cohorts and am truly ashamed of my short coming in this matter. :)

Although I do recall calling someone a puke recently so there is hope after all.

South America's largest city is almost out of water

The region is in its worst drought in 80 years. The reservoir that supplies half the city is just over 10 percent full. The government has begun rationing water, though haphazardly.

Many people in São Paulo are worried their future may look a lot like what happened last year in the small, nearby city of Itu.

Well, let them drink wine! :)

By & large people from São Paulo are a pack of azzholes and deserve exactly what's happening to them.

That's about 11 million people & you've interviewed all of them? :)

Nobody deserves to run out of water I just wonder how the kangaroos are going to react

Being native to the searing Australian outback, kangaroos need very little water to survive and are capable of going for months without drinking. So just as the polar bears are getting along nicely, so are the kangaroos.

Doesn't rain much in the desert. But in southwest Arizona lots of lettace, melons and cauliflower are grown. Good melons too . Takes a lot of water though. Most of it coming from the Colorado river system I guess. But it's the desert. Why grow shyte in the desert. It' doesn't rain very much in the desert and that's why it is a desert. Why not grow stuff where it rains and leave the Colorado river be. Grow shyte where it rains and let the desert be the desert.

I see that as per SOP not one of you has been to Brazil, speaks Portuguese/met a Brazilian or has even visited the continent.

OMFG, I know you have to be a jacka$$ but do you have to be a jacka$$ all the damn time? Could you not take Sunday's off or something?

No, they haven't. Not one of them.

I enjoyed Michael Palin's recent trip through that country ahead of the 2014 World Cup. It also hosts next year's Olympics and Paralympics (the proper Olympics. Not the unnecessary winter ones): Rio de Janeiro 2016.

Hmm. A bag of dicks. Now, lets visualize what a bag of dicks might look like if one looks into the open end.
I actually carry these in my truck, and throw small ziploc packs in the windows of bad drivers, or hand them out to deserving morons on a case by case basis.

Says the guy that's never left his double wide, and lives vicariously through pics he steals from around the net.
