Scandals and problems does not paint a whole administration as corrupt. If that was the case than every single government on this planet now and in the past is corrupt.

Clinton had his share of scandals and corruption... did you consider his administration corrupt?

I didn't. But then again I am a level headed thinker and people like you aren't.

It sure does ring a bell. But if you look at the goverment as a whole and that administration it cannot be deemed as corrupt.

As I said all governments have scandals and problems.

Whitewater, Lewinsky... however I do not paint with a broad brush as you do.
