Not the most exciting pics but you get the idea-people are fired up because of a forecast 30 million fish returns and relatively low prices.Generally crowds are less than half of what you see.I gather crowds were even bigger yesterday.

Even Sardines were Sold Out!

Quite the crowd.

Nice to see some legitimate fishermen actually getting a break. The price may come back up depending on the demand. 30 million is still finite.

Read last month about some fishing families packing it in after years of income gradually going down hill, selling their boats for 1/3 the purchase price, etc. Very sad.

I wish 'em all the best. It's sad to see all the boats rotting ashore along the east coast, Lake Erie and Georgian Bay
