All I know is that my brother thinks highly of the country and people. They know how to run an island and unlike many others are actually delivering decent health care and acceptable housing. The place is clean in its neighbourhoods and the people have pride.

Nurses tend to be more carring and you can get sponge baths.
A doctoress could write prescpitions and pay for the drugs I like or would learn to like.

We are comparing socialism to capitalism not democracy to dictatorship. We know dictatorships can work. Look at Singapore. As far is if the comparison is fair
