So give up caviar: it's not brain sturgery!

MOSCOW (Reuters) - The rich may have to take black caviar off the menu to let sturgeon stocks recover, Russia's first Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov said on Friday.

Let them recover, if they can. Fish stocks that dwindle to 10% or less are on that line. It's never certain that the stock will recover, look out for black market poached caviar now. That should command a very high price now....

We actually have some sturgeon at my school, and there are a few farms around. Neat fish.

Should be interesting to see if they do allow fish stocks to gain strenghth. Will the greed or the right thing win out?
