And I am also right about that, too (as I usually am), when I say that, in many circumstances, a woman is partially to blame for getting raped because of the way she dresses.

Sexually violated? A bloke held his p enis to help him to urinate. That's all. Such things probably happen more often than we're led to believe, and yet most of the time no big deal is made about it. The child wasn't raped or was forced to give or receive a sex act.

It is NEVER a woman's fault if she gets raped.

K so this whole thread had me thinking i was in the matrix or some ****.

Out tonight, yes i brought this news article to light to a wide range of people and i repeated everything i said here i held nothing back. From my first post to the final one before this.

Everyone said:

The main reason he should be charged is because he breached the trust with the parent by not informing them of the situation. There is no excuse for a 53 year old man to have to repeatedly hold a childs (whose not his own) *****. The first time ok, but it is a big deal and he should have had the common sense not take it upon himself to repeatedly continue it without the parents consent. A lot of people said he should loose the right to be with children until he can show he can use common sense. This is because he wasnt honest about his dealings with the child to the parent, yes he was sorry and very much thought he was in the right but not one person said he should walk away freely from it because he breached the trust.

As for the pedophile comment. Not one person agreed with me, although everyone agreed that to repeatedly do it without telling the parents of the boundaries he was crossing that there in fact might be something off beat upstairs.

I was also told that the ski hill should have a policy in place for these kinds of situations.

I was told my observations are completely valid but like solider said my conclusion is wrong although almost most people still questioned his mindset. My method in viewing the evidence that was presented was logical, but as i said it wasnt enough to make the final claim as you guys have said.

The fact im an emotional guy or an alcoholic has no bearing on the actual facts of this scenario. And not one person said im retarded and i know some real honest and blunt people. Aside from my conclusion.

I still think there is something going on in his head that needs addressing. Aside from my conclusion, everyone agreed with me. Id rather listen to them especially since not one of them attacked my character to make a point....

Thats how i see it, were not going to agree. The only thing you guys can hit me with is the pedophile comment, which i will now admit i was wrong about.

Peace
