Edited to add....so far, it appears the German kid was just your run-of-the-mill psycho spree killer with no agenda. But, we'll see.

How the Hell does a kid in the European country with the toughest gun control get a Glock and 300 rounds of ammunition? Even I am surprised, and I understand completely the futility of most gun control laws.

I read earlier today that there was a police operation of some sort a couple a blocks away from this incident a few hours before the shootings.
