Oh yah. I totally agree, I was just saying that specifically nations like India and China present a problem, because many other nations aren't going to want to come on-board without a comprehensive support across the globe. This can also be said for the Americans. I mean, the solution isn't going to work unless everyone committs to start reducing emissions. Chinese cars get better gasoline mileage than North American cars and I've heard their coal plants are cleaner, haven't seen the proof though.
