Scotland might just show the rest of us the way to reset social democracy

Who's saying it?

Are you being purposefully stupid? I relayed what I heard a federalist in Canada say. You said that wouldn't happen because Scotland and Quebec are so different. I then show you an instance only days after Charest's comments of just exactly what he said would happen, happening. Sure, call them sore losers. It's not untrue. It's human nature, and why I earlier said that the two situations are not so different.

Stick your head in the sand if you want, I don't have a horse in this race. But you're displaying a dizzying array of mental incapacity. Though perhaps you're already on your way to 25 pints for the day.

He might not be in control of it...

There's a lot he's not in control of, lol, but he does enjoy pretending.

He's just a straight forward man on the street.....you know, like those guys we have on street corners that we try not to make eye contact with and hurry past.

Who's saying that this referendum was rigged, other than sore losers? Nobody is, other than sore losers. There would have been no way on this planet that you would have come on here calling the referendum rigged, without even the slightest bit of evidence, had the Scots voted in favour of independence. No way whatsoever.

Just accept the results of the referendum and stop insulting the majority of Scots who voted NO by telling them that the only reason they voted to stay within the UK was because someone rigged the election for them.

I deal only in reality and the way things are. I don't deal in hearsay and silly comments made by people that you met in the street or on the internet.

Where did I claim it was rigged? I have not. In fact when others did I asked them for evidence.

Just go back to your beers.

Coming on here telling everyone how people think the election was rigged, and providing lots of links to show that people think the election was rigged, implies that you think it was rigged, too.

Clearly, whilst the Scots were flipping each other's kilts and guzzling Scotch, a bunch of pasty, doughy-faced politicians with bad teeth and political rosettes snuck in and switched the ballot boxes.

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with Call Me Dave's teeth:

Holy crap you are derpy...follow the bouncing ball:
Was listening to the radio this morning, Jean Charest had some predictions for the UK based on what happened in Quebec.
1- The Yes side will claim the No side only won by fear mongering, implying that the election was stolen.
2- Even if the UK government makes good on their promises, the separtists will not accept it.
3- The separtists will try for another referendum in 5-10 years.
You can't base predict what will happen in Scotland based on what happened in Quebec. Both are very different places with very different circumstances.
The circumstances aren't all that different. Sure, the geography is. But in the end it was one group of people who want sovereignty and one group who did not want change. Those wanting sovereignty witnessed their support at 45%, that's pretty close to the finish line. They won't stop...

Use your favourite internet search engine. They are already claiming the election was stolen.

Do you see where we started? Then I gave you an instance-one link, you think that's lots of links?- of people claiming the election was rigged...which goes back to the first post in this tedious conversation:

Seriously, go back to your beers and watch the Man City v. Chelsea match.

Don't you think Sesame Street would be a better choice? So he can learn to count and what all the letters of the alphabet are and such?
Watching Premier League will teach you how to count from zero to one. On a good day.

Watching the national team will teach you how to count to zero and then go home.

I'm not drinking beer. I'm drinking tea.

I know how to write, love. What do you think I'm doing right now? I've probably been writing since you were munching Farley's Rusks.

Or, you know, talk to people.

That's a bit rich, coming from you. I'm polite. You just utter foul-mouthed abuse. I can imagine you walking down the street, spitting on the pavement, and uttering obscenities to anyone passing by.
