To be fair, anytime Biden goes on TV he shows himself as an idiot, like fail 7th grade idiot. Thankfully neither Palin nor Biden are likely to be president (Unless they really do shoot Obama)

Yeah, you're right Biden has a big mouth, and has used it on many occasion, BUT, he is also
full of information and knowledge in many aspects of government, very valuable, and he
would make a fine president, would not be out of place at all. His mouth problems are not to do with lack of a good answer,or an accurate answer, and he is very competent.

How will they get rid of her? OHOH

Well, she used to be a tv announcer, so maybe she can study her lines accurately, and
have lots of rehersed answers when she has the debate, or other interviews.
I feel sorry for her, she it out of comfort zone, that is for sure, she has been dragged
into this position, not because of anyone's concern for her, and her future, but because
of mcCain's selfish needs to gain some advantage over Obama.

His inability to understand the functioning levels of government, past leaders and what they were through, the causes or timetable of major US events in the past (The Stock Market Crash in the 20's was not ruled over by FDR nor did they have TV's back then)

Watching the McCain-Obama debate one thing that struck me was how skilled both of them are. Like them or not, they both proved to be heavyweights. I honestly hope Palin chalks up her cue because she will have her hands full with Biden. Who knows, she could hit a homerun with some canned response that becomes the sound-bite moment and Biden stumble with foot in mouth. Nevertheless, she certainly needs to up her skill level from her Couric interview to be a contender in that ring because Biden didn't just fall off of the political turnip truck.

Over the next week, Palin and her advisors will be sitting around an oval table with scripts
in hand, she will be fired question after question, with the answers on her script. She is
an ex tv announcer, so perhaps she can memorize quickly. as long as the questions fired
at her during the debate fit her script, she will remember the answers, and could look like
a winner, or?

Palin urged to give up candidacy
AP INTERNET VIDEO
Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, who came to the friendly turf of her home state for her first campaign venture without John McCain, told supporters at a farewell rally Sept. 13, 2008 that she'd return as the new U.S. vice-president.

Associated Press
WASHINGTON–A conservative columnist who welcomed Sarah Palin's entry in national politics says she's proven to be a dud and should step aside as Republican presidential candidate John McCain's running mate....
source

...even her own supporters are starting to fall out of love with her.

Talloola, given Palin's 'poor-formance' so far, I doubt there's any amount of scripting that can save her in a think-on-yer-feet situation. I have to wonder what the hell McCain was thinking every time she opens her mouth.... and I hope Americans are connecting those dots too. Surley Bush has exhausted their tolerance for under-informed, foot-in-mouth politicians by now?

from the same article, this made me laugh:

Kathleen Parker, writing in the National Review Online, says her "cringe reflex is exhausted" after watching the Alaska governor stumble through TV interviews and it's become clear to her that Palin is out of her league.

I'm not a supporter of the Republicans but even I cringed when I saw her answer some questions. I honestly hope she is better than that. One thing she has going for her is low expectations so if she does do well or even holds her own it will be a major boost for them.

I wonder if her answers would have made sence to right wing media.

Wha I meant..and you know it...Is that the media will alway be more hostile to the right wing agendas. Always has been the case. Likely she would have had an easier ride on Fox..but no matter she needed to be able to convey her message much better than she did.

Luckily the Pres. debates went better.. Atleast they both sounded like they actually knew something...Actually let each other talk...Lets see that in the canadian debate..HA not likely!
