Public Notice hereby be given that:
His Superior the Conqueror Ken Steven IV'Pochinko of Canada claims the Province
of Ungava Canada in the name of Manitoba and Rupert's Land and that the Royal Province of Manitoba requests under the leadership of His Superior the Conqueror of Canada, Ken Steven IV'Pochinko to Parliament of Canada that it shall remain sovereign over it's own territory under the British North America Act under the Royal Crown of Manitoba and that the Crown of Manitoba shall endure the revenues generated by it's own people and land and in which shall maintain it's own complete sovereignty over it's own realm in which that it shall include the Province of Ungave and Rupert's Land under it's own authority.
And Under the leadership of His Superior the Conqueror of Canada, Ken Steven IV'Pochinko and the Crown of Manitoba it shall remain independent to the Crown of Canada and shall be sovereign over Rupert's Land and the Province of Ungava and that all revenues by the Royal Act of Manitoba and it's Crown of Rupert's Land and the Province of Ungava of Manitoba shall be made to the Royal Province of Manitoba and it's Crown in rights of Manitoba.
