US Growth Stalls

Again, the government has minimal control over imports and exports. It can raise tariffs of course; but just because it can doesn't mean it should since that could cause more problems. Again, I won't blame Trump for what's largely out of his control. Here are things I will hold Trump accountable for:

1. Inflation.

2. The Bank lending rate.

3. Debt.

4. Overall economic efficiency (i.e. reducing the cost of doing business).

I won't hold Trump accountable for a shrinking or growing economy, rising or dropping stock markets, or imports or exports.
