If America used the same methods that the former Soviet Union and its fellow former Communist countries used, which worked with almost 100% success to keep citizens IN, they would be just as successful keeping non-wanted people OUT.

Like watch towers every hundred yards, manned by sharpshooters whose priorities were always mixed up: they shot first, asked questions later. Like little surprise packages buried in the ground known as land mines. They had this habit of letting a few dead bodies out there in order to discourage other attempts.

Politically correct, half-hearted, weak-kneed actions, never worked, never will.

You ignored my facts in the same post, which pointed out that the Republicans appreciate African-Americans far more than Democrats do.

That is what the Republicans keep saying, YJ, but the fact is, blacks just don’t believe you. In fact, liberals don’t even bother to engage the Republicans on issues dealing with blacks; they know that blacks realize the innate racism in the Republican Party.

Anyway, according to you, the Republican attitude is that blacks can go to Hell, so what difference does it make if Republican appreciate blacks or not?

And yes, a zero which changes 40 million to 4 million is a serious error; it can hardly be called a typo. Considering your views on blacks (that blacks can go to Hell), it could be construed as a deliberate attempt to understate the number of blacks, to minimize their importance in American politics.

I notice the error was not in favor of blacks (you didn’t say there were 400 million blacks), it was against blacks, you claimed there were 4 million blacks. This is in keeping with Republican policies. Republicans claim that they are not racist, but their policies many times end up hurting the blacks.

A recent video that surfaced on youtube from Burlington, New Jersey, reveals that America has now reached the age of personal cult, suffered thru by decent citizens in the Soviet Union and its satellites.

Look it up. Google "children praising Obama".

Reminds me of the time when I was a kid in Hungary in the early 1950's.

We had to sing hymns about Stalin and Rakosi wearing red ties.

If Obama had ANY character, he would renounce this abomination. Fat chance!!

I stand by my statement that those blacks who are either too blind or too stupid to see that the Democrats have been betraying them, stabbing them in the back, gave them absolutely no respect for decades, can go to hell.

Most Hispanics are Catholic conservatives.
Most African-Americans are decent people who oppose gay "marriage".
Most females are opposed to supporting bastards born out of wedlock.

Once the false aura of Obama wears off, (as it inevitably must) once the legal Hispanics realize that the illegals are not really brothers, but threats, voting patterns will change.

All the Republican Party has to do is return to conservative values.

I am more than happy to pay my taxes to cover the costs of elementary education, basic infrastructure, pension for those who served the nation and national defense.

Republicans have been saying that for decades now, how the minorities are going to desert the Democratic Party and start voting for Republican Party in overwhelming numbers. It can happen only in your dreams. As long as there is innate, built in racism, sexism, homophobia in the Republican Party, Democrats can count on minorities as a safe constituency.

Maybe some of these days the stupid blacks will realize that that a Democrat President will not stop black poverty, only blacks educated, blacks born IN wedlock, will.

Did Carter stop black poverty? Did Clinton stop black poverty?

Suppose they did. Suppose under their administration there were no more poor black people.

Then came the evil Republicans: Reagan, Bush and after a happy poverty-free black world, Bush, again.

Of course, now, with Obama, there are no more poor black people. Barrack, himself pays every black person's mortage. He buys all the groceries. Pays all the tuition to kids to colleges. He pays the rent of all those who did not have the good fortune of weaseling into a home ownership they never deserved.

One of these days Black people will believe Justice Clerance Thomas before they fell victim to "Reverend" Sharpton.

One of these days Black people will realize that Bill Cosby is far more correct than "reverend" (aka poverty pimp) Jesse Jackson.

One of these days Black Americans will look past the Democratic crap.

Heaven knows when.Maybe in 2010. Maybe in 2012. But trusting in human wisdom, it WILL happen.

In case it escaped you YJ, Cosby agreed with Jimmy Carter’s latest comment, that a lot of the more virulent criticism of Obama is racially motivated. So Cosby is not quite the good guy you seem to think.

Again, Republicans have been saying that for decades. Hasn’t happened yet.
