The Charter of the French Language and its sub laws are in direct violation of the BNA ACT of 1867 which states that

Speaking of the Seperatists


The best way to deal with the Quebecois seperatists is for them to be deporated and exepelled from the Dominion of Canada and the Province of Quebec. The Soviet Union in the 1970's expelled the late Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn and took away his citizenship. Canada could do this to the Quebecois seperatists but on a much bigger scale. The supporters and members of the PQ could be deporated to either the United States, France, Mexico, Argentina or Chile.



Canada should stop appeasing these bastards by allowing them to keep thier fascist language laws and the police that enforces them. Any Immigrants who want to go to immigrate to Canada and who want to live in Quebec have the right to use the English Language if they dam well please. If Immigrants dont want to speak French and speak English in Quebec, the Quebecois goververnment has no right to force them or to tell them to speak French. Quebec is not a Nation but a Province nothing more and nothing less. Quebec is no differant then lets say Alberta or Ontario in my oppion and should not be given special treatment.


If the Quebecois dont like it then they are free to leave on the next plane or ship.

If their was a confilct between Canada and Quebec, Canada would win and Quebec would loose. A Canadian civil war in Quebec would be over in a matter of weeks if not days. The whole Province of Quebec would be fighting on 3 fronts

1st Front (Western Front)
Canadian Forces will attack Quebec from the Province of Ontario

2nd Front (Eastern Front)
Canadian Forces will attack Quebec from the Maritime Provinces

3rd Front (Home Front)
Anglo-Quebec Forces will attack Quebecois Forces from with in Quebec


The Province of Quebec would loose big time and in a peace treay between Canada and Quebec, Quebec would not be given either a Quebec Act or a BNA ACT of 1867 to protect their French Language and such rights over Customs, Church, ETC. The French Language will be banned and the English Language will be imposed on them. we must realise that Carrot of tolleration and appeasement of the Quebecois has failed and now its time for the Stick of Martial Law and Assimilation of the Quebecois into the English Language and Anglo-Canadian Culture to take effect. The Quebecois have abused their rights and freedoms given to them by the British and Canada and have shown themselves incapable of ruiling Quebec and Quebec should be ruled for them by Canada and Anglo-Quebecers.

This isn't a game of Risk. This is real life. Nobody will start a fight and things will just go on as they are going. Quebecers will keep on speaking French and the rest of Canada will keep on respecting that.

I don`t like the idea of a pledge to accept society`s values because it smacks of thought control. Pledges should pertain only to how one behaves with other people and society`s institutions. Pledging to obey the laws is fine but I wish it also included respect for fundamental human rights. At the same time I have to say that such a pledge would be compromised by the lack of a common understanding of what these rights are. This is unfortunate because a knowledge of and adherence to universal rights is, I believe, the best basis for any harmonious human society. Therefore, I would like to generate some interest in this subject.
