okay guys thanks gazillions...you got me motivated...taters are on the barbie cause it's too hot for the oven inside, check, fresh dill, check, radishes with green onions soaking to clean, check, eggs cooling, check

lettuce cleaning along with fresh veggies for my salad...

hell I can't even believe I did all that...

and the parking lot at the grocery store was empty...comparatively speaking...although there was someone in front of me at the check out...how rude was that...

should I put red onion into the salad too...or no

I have a meat grinder attachment for my Kitchen Aid mixer. It works fine, and I make my own sausage and the sausage tube.

But, my almost 80 year old manual meat grinder works just as well, and it is even better at stuffing sausage into casings. It has 4 different size tubes, so you can make everything from sausage links to a good Genoa style sausage,

My shredder machine is FAR better than any manual one. It shreds consistenly, and a LOT faster than manual ones.

For slicing, NOTHING


beats a good Mandolin.
