There goes Flaherty again trying to bully but only this time it is the provinces instead of the Opposotion parties... And what kind of offensive and arrogant language does he think he's using?
In my opinion, someone should put their "foot where Flaherty's ass is"...
He has no right to dictate what the provinces should do when only the Federal government has the power to pass bills regarding Money and Banking, and Employment Insurance, under which the stimulus plan falls.
I hope the provinces will stick it to Flaherty and make him realize that it's the Federal Government only that's responsible for the stimulus plan...
If the Conservatives are that fit to govern, how is it that they are "dumping responsibility" on the provinces?
The answer is: THE CONSERVATIVES DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO... So they are dumping their responsibilities on the provinces that have no role to play in these stimulus packages....
