As usual this story was not covered by any of the legitimate news sources. This is just DB dredging up more muck from the bottom of the BS pool.

That sort of "news" outlet used to be referred to as "tabloid", back in the Printed Paper Age.

If this were the case and I seriously doubt it period there are a number
of things that come into play. It would go without saying we would not
hook up to the XL pipeline. we should then withdraw from the North
American electrical grid and begin to sell our resources off shore to the
countries that are willing to pay. It would be the perfect excuse to demand
the oil sands be owned in new partnerships that would exclude American
companies. Should this happen? I would hope not but we have alternatives
I do think we should immediately suspend all agreements that allow American
forces, police forces and so on from operating on our side of the boarder.
Agreements that are currently in place. Canada should seek new trade partners
America is no longer the neighbor we used to share a border with
Canada has been seeking new trade partners since Pierre Trudeau was PM . Remember we went on the metric system to put us more in line with the rest of the world . Funny the percentage of Canada's trade with the U.S. has remained constant . Yup lets find another trading partner that is right next door .
