You posted the reason for 1/2 of the deficit 10 months ago. Do you remember the reason?

Maybe you should be looking to the East, and not the West,
in order for your statement to be credible, and not look like
a fool. Look at your closest neighbour to your East.
Now add together the three most Western Provinces in the
country and compare that total to other individual jurisdictions.

And yet, Saskatchewan will pay out to Equilization 1/2 a Billion
this next go round, and receive nothing back out of it, and that
number is larger than it's predicted deficit.
That totals about $400B, is there a chart that show the amount each Province has donated) Are there any programs in place to help the welfare Provinces become self sufficient?
From where I sit one Province is worse off than all the rest combined and they are probably doing the least to 'fix it' considering the yearly windfall it brings. AB can invest in hardware rather than it being a cash award which is probably is today.
Perhaps JT is telling AB that she needs to pull in the teats and concentrate on getting pipelines to the areas of Canada that would suffer a hardship should importing become something that is no longer a viable option.

Those fires were bad. There was one near wheeler river, and oh boy that was a sight. Well it would have been a sight except it was smokey like hell
