Congressional Democrats' lawsuit alleging Trump's private business is violating the Constitution can proceed, federal judge rules

The judge ruled that the Democrats have legal standing to sue President Trump, rejecting a challenge from the president. The lawsuit alleges that Trump, by continuing to do business with foreign governments while in office, violates the Constitutions emoluments clause.

Although Trump has given up day-to-day management of his businesses, some properties that he still owns benefit from investments or business from foreign governments, particularly his D.C. hotel, which has hosted leaders from Kuwait, Malaysia and other countries.

What’s fake is that the emoluments clause has anything to do with Trump’s businesses.
What you said was fake was a report that the judge said the case could continue.

I know you don't understand the difference. I'm not sure whether you're lying or just stupid, but I comfort myself with the knowledge that the two are not mutually exclusive.

That fake news thing is a twist on reality........that the Trump world lives in. DENIAL to delusional proportions. Delusional........because they BELIEVE that real news (and facts supported with evidence ) is fake news.......because trump brainwashed them do do so. THAT questions their mental stability. It is almost like they collectively are disoriented. with group think being pronounced.

Daddy only gave him $400 million.

The rest he did all by himself. Except for the Putin thing.
