New York City police officers stand over five unidentified men who were evacuated from a double decker sightseeing bus, Sunday, July 24, 2005 in New York.

I'm sure they're liberties weren't violated.

The driver called the cops on that story, I heard it on NY 1 news. The driver panicked.
