I I have windows xp home edition, and I downloaded an svcd, what can I use to play it on my compuer (I have a 21" monitor so I have no need to actually burn it).
Is it a bin/cue file....if so...get Daemon tools and mount the image file and then open the mpeg file in a DVD player software since you'll need a special codec to play it in WMP
