No No No we arent running out of oil the middleast is and the other oil producting countries. We in North America have enough oil of our own. We use the coutries for their resourses so we can save some for us. Not to say we dont waste resourses here, but trees grow back oil doesnt. As much as canada and the us might be at odds that doesnt mean they wont give us oil, its the oil for security program. if the government was allowed to tap the oil in Alaska we would be better off but i guess its better to save some for a rainy day.

Do you see the flaw in that plan? It would only be affective as long as Canadians which produce that oil will continue to do so to support your country. Just remember that you have to sleep in the bed you make.

Theres no flaw canada knows that other coutries want that oil and might have already taken it if the us didnt protect north america. canada would be nuts to cut off oil shipments to the us, for econ reasons and for other reasons. Its the same reason hugo wont cut oil shipments know one else can buy as much oil as we can. there fore bye bye econ

The oil sands won,t be producing before the shit hits the fan and there is only estimated to be enough oil in Alaska to run continental USA for a year or two at present rates of consumption, and you got an oil deal with us because you got a great big gun to our great big head.
And if your dollars worthless you won,t be buying shit.

It never occourred that maybe we're just waiting for the powers of the world to destroy eachother. Once we have no more enemies capable of invading us, we could cut off everyone from our resources without any reprecussions. We have pretty much everyone by the balls. Its likely that you'll see a new peace movement rise out of Canada, which will eventually consolidate the earth and bring in a new era. I'm not just guessing about this, I designed the framework for it. No more poverty, no more disease, world security, and a special constitution that will eliminate the ability for anyone to gain power. The government will no longer write policy, but the policy will be written by a natural law based around the natural function of the planet with a focus on reducing burdens on society, not on the beliefs of the majority. The government will be reduced to nothing more than a administration body for disbursement of tax money to the required areas. Our society will litterally become part of the natural systems of the earth, as it was always intended. The disruption of the natural systems is why we are in are current predicament. It'll be good in the end.

----------------------------alberta'sfinest-------------------

Each one of us has different ablilities, and talents.
On top of that each of us has different vigor and energy levels.

Some work harder. Some work less. Some are born
in poverty and rise above. Some are born rich and die poor.

Some believe they will work harder if they get a greater
reward than those who don't work as hard.

Others will work harder, for it is their nature, the essential bursting energy to do so.

We can only strive for equality of OPPORTUNITY.

Only because none of us are equal.

Hey i,m all for natural law since to be opposed is suicidal ,natural law will require a natural hand to hold the pen with which to write
the policy, I don,t think you,ll be removing the anthropocentric thing with any grand written natural policy, remember every word in the bible is Gods own word, so I,ve heard the claim before.
Before we write the book of natural law we should perhaps discover it.

It's not like anything you've ever seen. Seriousely, it's combination of the best parts of many systems with a bit of new stuff thrown in. Those who work hard are rewarded, opportunity would be equal all around, and the tax system is based on algorithims that automatically adjust. When I meant that nobody can gain power, I meant the kind that allows the majority to unfairly oppress a minority based on belief, rather than concrete scientifical analysis on the cost of the burden on society. You should see my substance abuse strategy, It's brilliant. The system is completely fair, but caters to the fact we aren't all created. The only thing standing in the way of creating this perfect system of governance is our current overpopulation problem. Since WWIII seems to be on the horizon, it may be possible in a matter of years.

shortmanx5- I actually work a rather labour intensive job so I'm fairly physically fit. I'm currently saving money to start a degree in physics, so I'm fairly smart too. However I do refuse to take actions that will benefit myself if it results in a burden within society. Material things don't really make me happy either, so I only have a couple of them. As long as I have a descent house, I nice homebuilt car, a family, and a forfilling job, what more do I need? I don't need millions to accomplish this. Many people need to feel like they are right in their choices, whereas I know that I'm right in my choices because they make me happy.
