All I know is I get all the veggies that I like and I toss in some beef and I'm stylin. Heck you can even sub with pork or chicken if you like.

Give it a try one night, you won't be disappointed. :wink:

I know...I had some really nice Kasseri when I was visiting vineyards in BC last year...it's hard to replace but honestly...work with me here! I may go on a hunt, but I'll probably only find the packaged crap
