People flee wobbling skyscraper in China

Did it fall down? Or has the Chinese government just re-educated its citizens that skyscrapers are supposed to wobble?
It made me have a dream that I was a kid and me and two other kids went to the top floor of a tower block and it was swaying to and fro as we were playing in the communal hallway. Then the father of one of the kids came out of one of the apartments and told him to come in for his dinner.
