She's talking about a bill that simply protects taxpayers from having to subsidize abortions through Obamacare. This is about just how out-of-touch progressives are on social issues. No federal funding in the U.S. goes to abortions. It's already against the law to do so. This proposed Act of Congress is silly.

I sure wouldn't want to have my taxes going towards people who were injured in drunk driving accidents, or broke a leg because they were stupid, or drank too much and need their stomach pumped, or get the flu, or have a heart condition...... in fact, I don't want anybody to get my money for anything.....

Oh wait, that's right..... my taxes go into the health care system to cover my arse for when I need it, not the other way around, how silly of me.

If someone wants an abortion (for whatever reason) and if they paid their taxes into the same system as everyone else, then they're covered, so the argument about the abortion being covered by everyone else is a waste of time and an argument based on emotional appeal.

If I go to the dentist,I have to pay for my own dental work or dentures if I don't have private insurance to cover it..(I have yet to find an Insurance that covers dentures, that is economical to buy.)

I also pay for my own and my wife's eye glasses.....

Certain medication that my wife and I take have to be paid out of pocket....

A Little bit of surgery on one eye this spring "entropion" had to be done by a plastic surgeon....if it had not been medically needed because it impaired my vision and could cause infection...would have cost me $3000.

Oh yes....I live in Canada...the model for the Pelosi/Obama health plan.
