Some things to support before the solution. Not all monks are peaceful, but most monks are. UN have some alright people, but most people, especially the powerful ones most make decisions in the main directions of European ideals. The reason I says that pacifics do not do much is because most ones wave flags and shout peace's ideal and hope government would put an end to it. I suppose I should really apologize for this aspect. Even if it were warnings, these peace warning should be as some effects in peace, but not the very effective method.
What real successive troops should do is
comprimise,
stop the temporary fighting with force if two sides start to fight by accident or unwillingly, or to the interest of the peacekeeping community,
