Police acknowledged they've been fielding questions about planned protests and online commentary and said they're readying accordingly.

Either Ottawa is the nation’s capital, or it isn’t. Part of the gravy & goodies that go with being the national capital are dealing with the flip side of the coin.

If it’s an issue, Parliament is out anyway, so just cancel Canada Day in Ottawa & have some extra fireworks in Mississauga or Toronto or whatever. Done deal. The national capital means nothing again until September or whenever the MP’s come back to play.

The Capital grounds are a daily protest zone during clement weather . They are just using the protest convoy for an excuse for more gravy .

The little bastard that has been organizing the road closures around Victoria isn't even a Canadian. He is here on a student visa.
