And well she should have been. The fact it even made it into the courts is pathetic but at least common sense ruled the day on that one.

And quite frankly, if I'm sitting stopped in my car on a hot sweltering day and someone sticks their hand in the window offering a cold beverage, I'm probably not going to get all pissy about it. Unlike dicknuts' lawyer apparently.
Ummm. . . "dicknuts' lawyer" was the Crown. This was a criminal case.

Maybe up there. We're doing just fine down here. Well, I am, anyhow.

By the way, there's no need to insult vultures like that, jerk.
If they weren't put on pedestals 'down there' to begin with the 'suburbs' wouldn't have have the issues to deal with that we do. Seems that would almost fit in with a well laid out plan.

Sounds illegal, unconstitutional, and undemocratic to me.
So basically it gets a pass in DC.

Which means whoever was representing the Crown was also a dicknuts. Seriously, giving an animal water is a crime? The Crown should have said "F*ck it, we're not wasting time on this nonsense."
The 'crime' was that the pigs belonged to the farmer (the trucker may have been the farmer or worked for that farm) and it was 'mischief' which they arrived at because she was 'affecting' someone else's property.

As a non meat eater I may have a bias, but I suppose no more of a bias that a meat eater would have the other way, but I do feel all animals are sentient beings and should be treated as such unless they are a danger to humans, just like we treat humans who are a danger to other humans..........
