Newt speaks out of five corners of his mouth at the same time. The problem is 1) he only has 2 corners and 2) All he ever does in contradict himself. He is a "Has been" and still refuses to see that fact.
We should all do so well when we are has-beens.

This comment requires some explanation. What do most Presidents do? Arrest Judges they disagree with? Ignore rulings? Ignore the Constitution? BS.
Read the US constitution, it's not very long, and you will see that most of what the US government does is extra-constitutional.

Non-sequitur. How would you go about providing proof that most of what the US Government does is extra-constitutional without a fallacious argument?

Your link better be to a report from the Supreme Court. If you did read the US Constitution, you should have noted Article III, where power to interpret the Constitution is vested only in the Judiciary...

The Amendments to the U.S. Constitution are how the Constitution keeps itself relevant to new thoughts and ideas. All Amendments (11-27) were written after the origional Constitution was ratified, they are now part of that Constitution.
