So who is going to tell her that this kind of system does not work (considering NB has something very similar to it, for different reasons, and it's still horrible).
Madam Premier needs to realize it's not fully the fault of the Health Authorities that there are shortages in staffing, rather it's on her and her Government for not having competitive wages, their retention sucks, burnout of staff, or it's just plain no one wants to be a doctor/nurse/clerk/Environmental Service/Food Service/Maintenance etc and so on, person.
Throwing open the "Business" will do sweet fuck all to improve health care in Alberta.
But not listening to the workers who are in it happens to be a continual trait among certain Government Leader types.
