Why is this a big deal? If they would have tracked him after Col. Oliver North told Congress about him in 1990 we'd never have a problem today. But then I think; or would we? The group Osama was affiliated with is like a Many headed Hydra. But it took the CIA this many years to track this guy down? The only message I see here is if you are a person wanted by the US and you haven't been detained yet, relax.
