AH, Macleans Magazine. That's one I didn't try. Interesting article to say the least. It seems at the time it was a pretty tippy situation, there could have been pros for doing it as well as cons. However in hindsight we always seem to know what would be the best decision. In the case of our Gov't, it took about 9-10 months to implement a plan to suspend the aid to Zimbabwe to pressure the gov't on recinding it's errors...boy that really worked eh? Mugabe's been a busy little Bastard since then.
