Db that was an apparently random string of words. Did it have a cleverly hidden meaning somewhere?

No herm I got it from the link you posted which mentioned breaking laws of physics, one of the surprizing results of that experiment. There should only be infrared given off by the photon but it's viable. When laws aren't laws are they just best guesses?
