I'll bet Crimea does a booming business as far as a destination for Russians looking to beat the cold. Might as well make it a working holiday and fix the place up for very high volumes of traffic as it will become a port for distributing aid to Syria and other places available by boat, like Libya. Chinese goods that get to the water in Russia by the new rail lines.
