The elevator manufacturer forced the convict to start a fight with his guard just after they weakened the guard rails. Sunday about right?

No doubt she'll be successful. It's amazing what the juries (in American anyway) will award people who have done stupid things - a la spilt coffee from McDonalds.


If she's successful, the guards family should then sue her for raising such a "honorable" son!
