That's what they make "Outside" for.....

If we leave them outside they bark, then some old guy with a huge fifth wheel complains....

You get used to crows after a few years, Karen. They always build a nest in one of my neighbours trees and I hardly notice them at all except when Alex the cat is sitting on the fence staring at them. I don't what she plans to do if she catches one...she still has scars from the woodpecker incident.

Hey! PeaPod

I'm gettin' that little snot of a mouse tonight.

Hey! Karen

Nice meeting you.

I remember 1970 and when I first arrived at Thompson Manitoba. I was staying overnight at a motel.
In the morning these loud bird calls woke me up.
I looked out the window and saw what I thought were big crows. Actually, I couldn't get over how big the crows were.
But, I found out later they were ravens.

In Yellowknife, if a raven takes off with your golf ball, you can re-tee.
It's in the rule book.

RE: Most annoying noise a

I was in Flin Flon once and had to walk by this dumpster. There was a huge raven on it, but figured he'd fly away when I got close. He spread his wings out, but he wasn't interested in flying at all...he was warning me not to get too close.

I lived in the city most of my life and I hear your pain. The police, ambulance sirens along with the car alarms drove me up the wall. I lived in the states at the time, but have since moved back to Canada 4 1/2 years ago, where my roots are. I moved in a rural area in the country and it's heaven. You couldn't pay me enough to go back and live in the city. All that noise was driving me insane, even in the day time.
