I, like 99.99% of the people here in Canada, do want a viable, healthy environment so why you would lower yourself to "woke" status is mind blowing. That's what the woke do - start with the name calling & disperagement. I disagree with the Liberals because their policies suck and so because I disagree with them, YOU state that I don't care about it! What tomfoolery that is - really logical.

The issue is that the Libs don't have any solution to pretty much everything except to tax which isn't a solution at all. So I criticize them because I believe they're policies are wrong.

I do not believe that the average Canadian wakes up every morning worrying about the environment. Trying to make ends meet is no doubt on their minds every day and not the environment. All this Russia, covid 19, and now climate change nonsense is all just tactics being used by the liberals and socialists to try and take people's minds off of what they are really doing to Canada and Canadians every day. Our corrupt Canadian politicians and the Canadian fake media are working together all the time to try and scaremonger Canadians to death over nothing.

The environment is okay. It's just those silly fools that keep listening to and will believe the lies of our politicians and the media that if they do not get rid of their love for fossil fuels we are all going to die. Right now, there are thousands of unscrupulous people that are making plenty of money from trying to create as much scare tactics as they can to try and make more money. As I always keep saying? If politicians and the media go ballistic over anything than just go the opposite. You will be better off for it. It's our politicians and the media that create all of our problems. That needs to end by just stop listening to them.

You might be. The rest of us have always cared about the environment. It is the globull warming truthers that don’t care about the environment beyond their city limits. Or the damage they cause in other countries to be “green “ here.

I have more important things on my mind than to worry about the environment or climate change. CO2 is good for the environment. Trees, plants and flowers love the stuff. We would not be alive if it were not for CO2. The amount of damage being done to the environment because of EV's has to be seen as a disaster. Those EV's love their electricity. And the more EV's on the road, the more our hydro bills will skyrocket. More buildings, more employees, and more will be needed to keep the EV's up and running. And if a major disaster happens, and the electricity grid goes down for days or weeks, that EV will be of no use to anyone. At least a tank of gas can keep me going for days or weeks. Gas running vehicles works well for me.

I just fire up the diesel generator when the hydro power goes off.
Make sure the plants get some light in the winter.
