Justin may have smoked a bit, but Ford sounds like a pothead.

The Toronto Sun's Don Peat reports Ford was whisked away by handlers after he was asked when he last smoked marijuana.

It was probably that morning.

Back in 1999, Ford was arrested in Florida for drunk driving and marijuana possession. The arrest resurfaced during his 2010 mayoral campaign but failed to halt his momentum en route to a landslide victory.

You know, there's just no way this guy could have been videod smoking crack.

"Was it wrong? Absolutely it was wrong and I made a mistake," he said back in 2010. "You learn by your mistakes."

And then repeat them while calling everybody else a bunch of liars apparently.

Since becoming mayor of Canada's largest city, Ford has been accused several times of being intoxicated in public and, infamously, of being caught on tape smoking crack cocaine. Ford has denied the crack video exists and that he has a drinking problem.
