Man pleads guilty to giving fatal atomic wedgie

An Oklahoma man has reportedly pleaded guilty to manslaughter after giving his stepfather an atomic wedgie -- pulling his underwear up and over his head -- that went too far when the elastic waistband cut off the victim's air supply.
Brad Lee Davis, 34, said he acted "in the heat of passion while defending myself in a fight that got out of hand and went too far" on Dec. 21, 2013, according to NewsOK out of Oklahoma.
Davis reportedly told court that his victim, Denver Lee St. Clair, 58, was calling him and his mother worthless, starting the fight.
"He was just tired of taking it. He had been bullied all his life by this guy," Davis's attorney told court, according to NewsOK.
Davis is to be sentenced in July.
