That trade only makes sense if Price can focus on his game, and I can't see that happening.

time will tell, this season isn't last season, or the season before, it is yet to come, he is one
year older, doesn't have halak to lean on, and I'm sure there has been quite a few private
discussions with him, and he with them, to come to a better understanding about what they expect,
and what they are not happy about from the past.

I saw what he is capable of, he can be a top goalie, he is big, a definite advantage over halak,
he just needs to be more consistent, lets give him a chance in our minds, if we had never seen
him play at the high level he 'did' earlier on, then there would be a definite question mark, wondering
if he is capable, we know he is, now he just has to get back to that level, same with luongo, he
had a couple of 'bumpy' seasons, but we know what he is capable of, and hopefully he won't be
injured again, and can be more consistent this season.

Can we 'all' wish 'all' the teams good luck starting their seasons, and hope the NHL
is competetive and close all year, a real fight to the end, for all teams.

Watching TO vs MTL right now (2-1); hoping the NHL is good this year, also hoping for a good QMJHL season (Go Seadogs!)...and, of course, a good year for the RiverValleyFemaleHockeyAssociation ... made it to the Provincials last year, but lost out in the final, really hoping they bring it all together this year.

a good fast game, seems montreal took too many penalties, at least, what I saw of the
game.

Went to the opener last night....what a bummer.

Price played great and as usual the tema and refs screwed him again.

Stupid Leafs are 3 - 0.....already planning the parade on Bay St...bunch of maroons.

Habs Leafs in 3D on HNIC

I'll let you know what it was like.

When watching hockey in 3D, it's probably a good idea to look away from the screen any time James Wisniewski starts getting angry.

I do hope the Canadiens do well this year as I would love to see them in the play-offs again. They were really exciting to watch last year. That said, Sid and the Penguins are still my team and I hope they go all the way!
