I beleive Hermann was refering to hair extentions. Something women use to to lengthen or make their hair look fuller. Human hair is the best for this and people actually pay money for long enough hair.
I don't thik the same applies to finger nails.
some people want long hair but dont want to grow it. they pay quite a lot for their hair to have extensions put on. the only really decent ones are made form real hair. I dont know how they're attached but my friend bridgitte once had all the hair underneath the top layer cut off and sold it for quite a lot of money. she still looked the same except if she lifted her hair up, then you could see she had been shaven over like half her head. freaky

I donate my hair for cancer patient wigs when I chop it off ... one thing that you have to know is that your hair cannot be dyed, or they don't want it.
Hair doesn't have to be blond ... it' just can't be dyed.
You sure don't write like a 12 year old.
12 year olds don't really know when to use hyphens (in fact, many adults have problems with that) and they rarely use complete words for electronic communication. I think you know the answer to your question.
