Two 18-year-old Missouri men are accused of tying a kitten to a car’s bumper and dragging it to its death, then posting video online showing people “laughing as the cat tossed and turned” behind the vehicle.
Jordan Hall was charged Tuesday and Kyle Williams on Sunday with animal abuse and armed criminal action.
The prosecutor didn’t immediately respond to messages about whether they have attorneys.
The probable cause statement says laughter and somebody saying “this will be funny” can be heard as Williams ties the “scared” cat to the bumper.
The statement says the cat was dragged last week until it “could not run anymore.”
Hall has been identified as the driver.
He told authorities he knew it was “not right.”
Police say Williams posted the video on Facebook.

I can't help but wonder what kind of household these little shits grew up in where they would even think of doing something like this to a helpless animal. They should be made to do community service for a year at an animal shelter cleaning out cages. They also desperately need some sensitivity training.

It is definitely a head scratcher that's for sure.. I'm the same as you as i don't understand how people can feel so powerful hurting a killing innocent animals, or pick on people who can't fight back.

BUT i have noticed a subtle trend in these people though.

The majority of these people not all who do these things are usually the ones who use their "popularity" as a crutch to get ahead in this world, the same people who rely on their friends for advancement. They are the ones who are intimidated by people with strong characters and are the ones who tend to judge people like the cover of a book. These weaklings are the ones who have to tease people to feel any sense of self worth.

Me?

I like conflict with people who are strong or who ask for conflict (like some here), because if i win i'm better, if you win your better. :). But that's just me >_<.

They're the same sort of people who used to lynch Blacks and drag their bodies behind cars. As a matter of fact, this sort of animal cruelty leads to "bigger game".

I tend to avoid conflict, Johnnny - not always but most of the time. I don't care whether I win or lose as long as I know I've done my best, I am happy camper.

Further to your comments about the animal abusers, you raised some good points about how certain people with inferiority complexes conduct themselves. I've seen that myself over the years. Still, when I've had the chance to meet the parents of such, I am rarely surprised that they would act that way.
