Judging by you political leanings, it's obvious that its had an adverse affect on your reasoning ability!!

I find psychopaths completely repellent, if that informs my political views then I think that's a good thing.

Can you back that claim up?

That I find psychopaths completely repellent?

What are you looking for, an online pinky swear?

Sorry this isn't a topic to mess around with, murder and mass murder are beyond the pale.

Has he stated that. If he has I missed it.

We're talking at cross purposes here, who are you referring to?

All I'm saying is that I find psychopaths to be totally beyond the pale and it truly freaks me out that I lived so close to one during a period when he was murdering women.

trying to to that into some sort of personal attack is the problem of someone else(if that's what they were attempting), I'm not going to use this tragedy to try and score points here.

I guess because Millard's farm is close to where I am currently on contract working I have become slightly addicted to this case. The police came back yet again this week on Tuesday to begin searching the farm this time with some type of ground radar probably looking for the remains of poor Laura Babcock.

It is hard not to think that had her missing person's report which linked Millard to the case been taken seriously, Tim Bosma would be alive today.

The latest on the news this morning was about a yacht rental and blood spotted and possibly a woman missing. Only now was it put together.

For the best coverage on this case put the Hamilton Spectator on your favs list and CHCH........

Millard’s Waterloo hanger may have been one big chop shop: Police

A Toronto man is telling news outlets he was contacted by police who found his stolen Harley Davidson motorcycle inside the hangar. The motorcycle, stolen from his driveway after it was listed on Kijiji, had been chopped into pieces, repainted and had serial numbers shaved down.

Police confirm the man's motorcycle, along with other vehicles and parts, were recovered inside the cavernous.

"I can confirm that the motorcycle written about was recovered in the hangar by the Hamilton Police. There were a number of vehicles and/or parts found in the hangar and this remains under investigation," Const. Debbie McGreal-Dinning of the Hamilton Police Service said in an email.

Police say they're still trying to track down owners of the discovered vehicles, putting the number found at less than 10.
The description of vehicles dismantled, repainted and having serial numbers grinded away fits with a "typical chop shop," said Waterloo Regional Police Insp. Kevin Thaler.

Speaking of reasoning abilities, or the lack of them ....... That's pure ad hominem and 0 to do with the topic.

All I'm saying is that I find psychopaths to be totally beyond the pale
Ditto.
and it truly freaks me out that I lived so close to one during a period when he was murdering women.
I'd be pissed.

I'd be pissed.

I was more angry with the police, they'd been telling us for years there was no serial killer at work in the Lower Mainland, one officer claimed that many of the missing women were probably on vacation somewhere.

Kim Rossmo was with the VPD at the time and his new geographic profiling indicated there was a serial killer at work but I think politics in the department prevented anything being done about it for several years.

Tim would be 35 now.

He would be watching his little girl blow out six birthday candles. He would be celebrating wedding anniversaries with his soulmate, Sharlene, and enjoying their dream home in Ancaster. His parents, Hank and Mary, would brag about how well their doting son turned out.

That's how it ought to have been.

Instead, on Monday, Jan 18, 2016, the trial of Tim Bosma's two accused killers begins. Dellen Millard, 30, and Mark Smich, 28, are charged with first-degree murder.

The jury selection for the Tim Bosma murder case begins Monday in Hamilton.

He is just playing games. His type of Conservatism is dying, not quite dead but on the way of the wind.

If only you had known then what you know now eh, Goober. That brand of Conservatism is alive and well south of our border and it has also been spotted in various locales across this broad land............unfortunately.

Did police miss chances to investigate Dellen Millard before he killed Tim Bosma?

There are "legitimate questions" to be raised about the Toronto police investigations into the deaths of two people close to Dellen Millard that occurred before he killed Tim Bosma, the fifth estate has found.

Millard was charged with first-degree murder in the deaths of his father Wayne Millard and his ex-girlfriend Laura Babcock after he was arrested in connection with Bosma's death.

Now, questions are being raised about whether these cases could have put Millard in the sights of police before Bosma, 32, of Ancaster, Ont., was killed.

"There are legitimate questions to be asked about the investigations carried out by the Toronto police in the Wayne Millard and Laura Babcock cases," Ann Brocklehurst, a journalist and author of Dark Ambition, a book about the Bosma murder, told the fifth estate
Bosma's remains were found in an incinerator on Millard's farm outside Waterloo in May 2013, days after he took two prospective buyers for a test drive in the truck he had for sale.

Those prospective buyers were Dellen Millard and Mark Smich, now both convicted of first-degree murder in Bosma's death and sentenced to life in prison with no possibility of parole for 25 years.
