Yep, I guess if dangling your kid out of a second story window counts as cool I guess he was.

Great day to you JLM, the best dads have their dark moments TOO, if a PERSON HAD NO DARK SIDE that would be a Saint in waiting that never happens!

My dad, in his most drunken moments during his life, would not have dangled any
baby over a railing, and he did many dissapointing things while drunk, on many
occasions.

Great day to you talloola, all dark sides of people react differently.

A dark moment is a dark moment.

Whether drunk and doing an impression of a seal on the floor every day with all the physical abuse and incompetents as a result of the addiction being drunk every day is just as bad or worst being that EVERY DAY WE SEE THE SAME MOVIE.

In Michael’s case the event with the kid on the balcony was one incident alone and I am sure the kid was so YOUNG it will never remember that occasion.

You managed not to get traumatized as bad or you were traumatized and handled it in a smart and affective way.

Michael was damaged as a young kid having his father treat him like a dog, for sure it would have serious issues as an adult.

To further demonize the situation or be judge, juror and executioner is unfair in my view.

No, nothing as dramatic as all of the above, but a careless move, and when
watching that scene, the fear of the baby accidently falling, is a sight one can't
forget. It was a immature thing to do, he looked like a child trying to be
funny, 'didn't work'.

Yep. Fortunately, some people have the wherewithall to realize they aren't quite right between the ears and do something about it.
Great day to you LG, If you are suggesting people with dark sides should commit suicide, take a number long line up.

That's not what made him cool. His music and forward thinking in the entertainment industry is what made him cool. That display with the kid just shows how messed up he was.

Vancouver, June 27: The stress of the upcoming concerts in London - which would have earned him $50 million to $100 million killed Michael Jackson, says a former publicist.

The King of Pop, who had earned $750 million, was reportedly in between $300 and $500 million when he died Thursday.
He was working hard for his 50-date comeback 'This Is It' beginning July 13 in London.
Canadian Stuart Backerman, who was Michael Jackson's close confidante and publicist from 2002 to 2004, told the local Vancouver Sun Friday that stress killed the pop star.

Toldja he wasn't with it between the ears. Stress. Stress is when you are carrying a limp person and are 10 minutes from an exit in a burning building and the dinger dings on your Scottpack (that means you have 5 minutes of air left between the two of you).

I think that his addiction to prescription drugs combined with stress to make a come back is what realty did him in LG.

How bad is, or was, Michael Jackson's addiction to prescription medication?
Well, in a deposition Jackson gave last summer, the beleaguered pop star 'fessed up for once about where his head's been at when he signs documents.
