Man sues airline over flight spent in toilet

NEW YORK (Reuters) - A New York man who says he was denied a seat on a five-hour JetBlue flight and was instead told to "hang out" in the plane's bathroom has sued the airline for $2 million, saying he suffered "extreme humiliation." </img>

What's he complaining about? He probably had more leg room in the bathroom then what he would in a regular seat.... and he could poop in his seat too.... what's not to like?

And sueing over "extreme humiliation?" ~ Sorry, but you shouldn't be able to sue for being an idiot.
