By that logic you must be gay for hating homosexuals.
I'm not sure what surprises me more, that somebody would use seven-year-olds logic as an argument on a web forum or that they actually believe that logic trail

Incredibly immature and childish or completely moronic. Take your pick.

Canada has set itself up for a massive fall. It has become a paragon of moral disintegration, economic deindustrialization, multicultural fragmentation. It is governed by fools, and has taken on a whining, sacharine, effeminate personna.

It'll end up looking like some moth eaten patchwork quilt, which will be tough to hold together.. impoverished, divided, lacking identity. I'd think twice about coming here.

Would you? If it would make your lot better, to arrive on these shores and have full and unfettered access to all services constitutionally guaranteed to refugees, including welfare and medical care? Not like my daughter who arrived after an extended absence living and working in Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Scotland who had to wait for 3 months to get Medicare because... wait for it...she is a CANADIAN CITIZEN.

Our own citizens should at least be treated as well as refugee claimants, to do anything less is sure to foster bitterness.

Private schools are not , Non existent here in B.C . perhaps you should have used the word Ontario in place of Canada . Even though you know Toronto to be the center of the universe there is more of Canada , east west and north of Ontario .

Good so should we throw it all away ? Or just some ?

There are 1604 public schools in BC and 347 private schools. Public school enrollment is 529,000 and private school enrollment is 80,000. I would say that private schools are not making a particularly large impact and they would make even less of an impact if they were not partially publicly funded, which makes many of them not quite so private in any case.

BTW why do you think I am from Toronto? All of my posts referencing my location state that I live in Edmonton.

Lotto 649’s newest commercial showcases the dream of purchasing a fifth-floor condo somewhere in downtown Toronto.

The 30-second clip features one lucky couple celebrating in an empty 900 square foot unit that has a spectacular view of other condos in the city’s core from the balcony with a busy street below. The actors celebrate while clinking their wine glasses filled with sparkling white wine before the camera pans to the kitchen’s vinyl counter top showcasing a signed property deed and a letter outlining the rules of the building from the condo board.

Also featured in the advertisement is the building’s shared pool and the fake plants that are covering up the water damage in the lobby. The commercial ends with the amount of this week’s estimated jackpot.

A spokesperson for the Inter-Provincial Lottery Corporation which administers Lotto 649 says that the new commercials are more down-to-earth.

“Winners of our lottery can really chase that Toronto dream of middle-class living,” said the official. “But we didn’t want to feature unrealistic images such as owning a semi-detached home in Rosedale or being able to retire.”

'Dream' is exactly the right word to describe Canada. Trudeau is pushing Canadians to live in the same 'dream' world he lives in and God knows, there's too many Canadians already living there with their heads in the hole.
What are these people? Too cowardly to face reality?
Reality isn't always nice, it doesn't always give people what they want, but that's the way it is. Dreaming doesn't change reality.
