Anyone moving to NS from AB end of Jan 08?

I am planning a move back to NS from Camrose..(edmonton area) We are goint to fly and I am looking for someone with some space on their moving truck we could shar costs with.

Then I suggest you avoid Halifax/Dartmouth.

But, as for moving expenses, usually your employer will pay; if not, it is tax deductable.

Personally, I grew up in Bedford, which is 20 minutes from both Halifax and Dartmouth. Having spent approximately 20 years there, I have to say it is a great place to spend one's childhood. Bedford to Halifax is much like Oakville to Toronto, if this helps at all.

A lot of moving companies do this for you - They coordinate it so they're not sending a half-full truck across the country. Try Williams Moving And Storage, or even Hoyts Moving and Storage (Based out of Halifax NS).
