I mostly agree with your view except

You likely know that some sages have said that for evil to grow, all good people need do is nothing.

Do you agree with that saying?

I agree with that saying to a point. But not when it comes to matters that could and should be addressed by those who are victims.

Let me give you an example: When a man abuses his wife and the wife accepts that abuse and does nothing to defend herself or avail herself of the protection of the law, then it is not incumbent upon anyone else to step in and 'rescue' her.
But - is that abused woman comes forward with a complaint, then it definitely incumbent upon society to defend her.
That is my view.

Islamic woman accept male dominance. They even allow it to continue when they migrate to a country that has equal rights by law. So what can we do about it?
If the citizens of an Islamic country don't like the discriminatory treatment of women, gays, heretics, non-Muslims, etc., it is the responsibility of those victims to fight for their rights.

Once again, JMHO.

I hear you as to a complaint.

FMPOV, if a Muslim woman wants to wear what she is forced by her husband to wear in the home then there is no victim and I would not act.

On the other hand, in my free country, and knowing that most women do not want to be forced to wear the Muslim garb, and it being a sign of slavery and oppression, I could not allow it to be worn in our free country in good conscience.

I see such garb in the same way as I would see a real slave collar.

Slavery, inequality and flagrant oppression is something all free people are obliged to fight.

That fact is why some Western countries and even some Muslim countries have banned the various Muslim garb such as hijabs, nikabs etc.

Couldn'ta been all that "sage," since the definition of "good people" is as vague, specious, and inoperative as your definition of "morality."

Just because you have a hard time defining those does not mean that intelligent and moral people do.

Try Webster's dictionary.

There have been a few cases recently in Canada where Muslim men murdered the women in their families for
attempting to exercise their equal rights, dressing in Canadian fashions and forming friendships with Canadian families.
There is no way to stop these things from happening unless families are vetted before entry into the country about their religious practises. That is why I am against mass immigration policies.

So am I and I also know of the harm that Muslim men do to their women/chatel.

That does not take away from the fact that it is the first duty of all free people to insure that all within our freedom loving country share in that freedom. In fact, it accentuates it.

That is why many Canadians get quite upset when we see women being forced to dress as Muslim men desire while ignoring the fact that Muslim women seem to want to assimilate or integrate better into their freedom loving nations.
