If you're trying to target Canadians, good luck! As a group they're so mercilessly amorphous you'll never be able to draw a bead. There's lot to be disappointed in for sure but collectively they'll hold up well with any other global entity. I think Harper's doing okay. I don't think we can view Hezbullah and the Lebanese government as totally seperate entities and therein lies the problem. I believe Hezbullah has elected members in the government of Lebanon and they are supported by Iran. To a fragile government, who only in the last few years had begun to find its voice, the prospect of dealing with Hezbullah was likely on the "to do" list but well into the future.
