The Hoover dam was built by six companies that beleived in 'leavign somethign on the table' for everyone. Today, each company would have a fleet of lawyers trying to screw each other, and the project would 'gum up'.

I date the decline of of America from 1973- the first year you graduated more lawyers than engineers.
She went diving behind the Dam and stayed down too long. The oxygen deprivation affected what she had for rationale thinking. This is just one time she has shown that to us.
